Quick bedside table reading pile IQ test
Which of these is most unlike the others?
a) Ian Rankin, The Naming of the Dead b) Nicholas Jose, Original Face c) Elizabeth George, What Came Before He Shot Her d) Thomas Harris, Hannibal Rising e) Linda Lear, Beatrix Potter: A Life in Nature
Unless Beatrix Potter is depicted as an axe-wielding banshee running amok through the Lakes District in a tight fitting and revealing corset, I'd, sorta, go for that one.
Then again, Jose's the only Australian on the list.
This is like those crappy IQ tests isn't it? The one where you have to pick the odd one out, except you pick the wrong one but for a very good reason and then have no come-back and your rating drops 10 points.
thats surreal!
ReplyDeleteYouve posted the day before it exists back here!.

Oh. It isn't? Sorry.
Potter. I go for the Potter.
Second vote for Potter. Original Face is about a man whose face is taken off, innit? I think we're safe, Perry.
ReplyDeleteNice collection macabre there, Kerryn.
